Meaning of Go-around

Discontinuing an approach or landing and climbing away for another course of action.

More about Go-around

A go-around can be required by weather, an unstable approach, runway occupancy or another unsuitable condition.

It is a normal available procedure, not proof of an accident. Crews follow the aircraft's actions and the applicable missed-approach instructions or revised clearance before deciding how to continue.
