1. General provisions
1.1. This policy explains how the OnlyPlanes website at onlyplanes.ru (the “Website”) processes visitors’ data.
1.2. The Website uses data only in two circumstances: to respond to a form submitted voluntarily by a visitor, and to collect anonymised visitor statistics using cookies after the visitor has given consent.
1.3. The Website does not offer registration or user accounts.

2. Contact form data
2.1. When completing the form on the Courses page, visitors voluntarily provide:
- their name;
- a contact for a reply: a Telegram username, telephone number or email address;
- the subject of their enquiry and the area they are interested in;
- an optional comment.
2.2. These data are used only to consider the enquiry, respond to the visitor and follow up on the subject of the submitted request.
2.3. When a form is submitted, the IP address is temporarily used to protect against bulk automated submissions and is kept in the application’s memory for no longer than 15 minutes.
2.4. The Website does not request passport, payment, biometric or health data, or other special categories of personal data. Please do not include such information in your comment.
3. Transfer and retention of form data
3.1. The contents of the form are sent through the Telegram Bot API to a private project channel with restricted access. Using Telegram may involve processing data through information systems located outside Russia.
3.2. The data are not sold, published openly, shared for third-party advertising or used for marketing messages.
3.3. Form data are retained until the enquiry is resolved, consent is withdrawn or 90 calendar days have passed since the last interaction, whichever occurs first, unless the law requires a different retention period.
4. Cookies and analytics
4.1. The Website uses the cookie analytics_consentto remember the visitor’s analytics preference. This preference is stored for one year.
4.2. Yandex Metrica loads only after the visitor selects “Allow” in the cookie notice. Declining analytics does not restrict access to the Website’s content.
4.3. The Website uses Yandex Metrica, counter no. 113215512. The service may process cookies, IP addresses, referral sources, pages visited, browser and device details, and information about interactions with pages, including Webvisor session recordings. Form field values are not intentionally sent to Metrica.
4.4. Analytics data are used only to compile visitor statistics and improve the Website’s content and navigation.
4.5. Processing by the service is governed by the Yandex Metrica Terms of Use and the Yandex Privacy Policy.
4.6. You can withdraw consent by deleting the Website’s cookies in your browser settings. The consent request will then appear again.
4.7. If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, the cookie notice lists both services. Google Analytics loads only after consent to its use; previous consent to Yandex Metrica alone does not cover Google Analytics. The Google preference is stored in the cookie google_analytics_consent for one year.
4.8. Google Analytics is used to collect statistics on page views, referral sources and interactions with the Website. The service may process cookies, URLs of pages visited, referral sources, and browser and device information. Form field values are not intentionally transmitted. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Google may process data outside Russia; see the Google Privacy Policy for details.
5. Visitors’ rights
5.1. Visitors may ask what personal data are being processed, request their correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing.
5.2. You can send a request through the contact form, selecting the appropriate subject. To help us locate your original enquiry, include the contact details you used when submitting it.
6. Data security
6.1. The controller restricts access to enquiries, uses secure HTTPS connections, stores access keys in environment variables and deletes data once the enquiry is resolved.
6.2. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only in the circumstances and under the procedures established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
7. Policy updates and contact details
7.1. This policy remains in effect until it is replaced by a new version. The current version is always available at onlyplanes.ru/privacy.
